At Zenith Gear, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely and efficiently, wherever you are in the world.

We currently ship across the United Kingdom, Europe, North America and selected international destinations. All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, local customs procedures and courier services.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Zenith Gear offers a 30-day return and exchange policy for eligible items.

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original packaging

  • In the same condition in which they were received

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will guide you through the process as quickly as possible.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees

  • Items marked as final sale may not be eligible for return
